Halloween items

i am prety new here, been doing a bit of searching around on here for the answer to a questen i have but cant seem to find it so i think its time for a new post

The question i have is how do i get the skull, i know i have to wait till the 31st and wait for that guy to turn up but is it like the xmas hat where you get it given to you or do you have to do a mission for it.

the second question i have is, is the skull the only item at Halloween this year, i seem to rember at xmas that there was 2 items that where the hat and the antlers.

The skull helmet is just a rumor I think.

I believe the skull helmet represents a very important clue to the game.

i heard the only thing that they were giveing away this year was a witch hat

Be in LA when the mad king comes, play his game and you get his gift (witches hat) or just go AFK there and get it that way.

maybe the idea of the skull came from the pic on the web of "the teller of tales" that guy is a skeleton

and how the heck is anyone gonna know its a witch hat?? i figured it would be the scary version of last years pumpkin hat

nobody knows for sure what items will be given out on the 31st. the witch's hat and the skull are just rumors.

So is LA the only place the Mad King will visit? or will he be in Kamadan?

He'll be in Kamadan, too. It's been hinted that there may be different MAD KING gifts at each place, but it's all speculation.

just got to find the times he will be there for the uk, i hear its 12:01 am PDT but that realy dosent help, i think its about 7 pm over here

pdt is gmt-7 so it shoudl start 7am for us

Aw, man, I was only planning on camping one location this year...it's going to be an even busier 31st if this is true...
