Candy Corn Girl in Lion's Arch

I was in Lion's Arch, American District 1 just now and saw this girl walking around:

Everyone was asking her how she was a candy corn, but she wouldnt say. She just laughed and ran around, and made smilies. Is this an employee? Or how did they get that armor? When she talked, it wasnt in any special color.

you get this item in kamadan from 1 of the collectors give him 3 sentient roots for 1 of those tonics ^^

Yea some people who dont have nightfall (or dont want to go get 3 roots) are paying 2 - 3k per Tonic in Lions Arch right now. A good money maker too, Ive sold about 10 now for 2.5k each.

Of course I bet that will go down as the day moves on, and everyone wakes up and starts farming them more.
