Looted this the other day, was a blue item, Id'ed it, and no other stats appeared. Presume this is junk, but figured i would ask before i got rid of it

I would say you're right, but you should get a decent offer above it's merchant value for the skin alone. (and it has 15-22) Try trading it at Ascalon?
