Right now the heroes can only equip customized items that have been customized by their "owner." I'd like to see the rules updated so that they can equip customized equipment from any character on the account.
There is some precedent to support this. Heroes can use skills unlocked by any character or through PvP faction. This would allow similar flexibility.
Without this change, you need to either run non-customized equipment on your henchies and sacrifice the 20% that comes along with it, or equip each henchie for evey char you take through the storyline, which would get absurdly expensive.
Right now, I'm taking my monk through. Koss needs something other than the starter sword and Acolyte Jin needs something other than the starter bow. My PvE war and ranger have perfect equipment that the heroes could use, but they can't because of this rule.
I'm sure this system was put in place to drain some gold from the economy, since most players will probably equip their heroes with crafter items, but this borders on the ridiculous.

Sorry, but if a weap customised for your War can't be used by your Monk, then it's only fair that Heroes can only use Weaps customised by their owner.

I dont customize so that if I find a good weapon, any of my characters can use it(can live without the 20%), and dont need 4X the inventory space to have 1 for each character.
