How do i travel to Cantha?

I know that when campaigns are joined you can travel between the different continents.

I've got Factions & Nightfall only, so my question is, how do i travel to Cantha from the Nightfall campaign?
I'm really confused in regards to this, help will be greatly appreciated.

if im not mistaken you should have to beat the campaign ur on

theres a quest u have to do, not sure what its called in nightfall but theres one to take ur canthan caracter to nightfall in kainege center

the mystery question of the day... HOW do you get to cantha or tyria in nightfall.

Tyria -> Elona

Prophecies characters wishing to travel to Elona for the first time should seek out Lionguard Figo in Lion’s Arch and take the "Sunspears in Kryta" quest.

Cantha -> Elona

Factions characters wishing to travel to Elona for the first time should seek out Imperial Guardsman Linro in Kaineng Center and take the "Sunspears in Cantha" quest.

Elona -> Tyria

Elonian characters may travel to Tyria using the quest "Terror in Tyria," which is offered by Deras Tenderlin in Kamadan – The Jewel of Istan after they have completed the quest “The Time is Nigh.”

Elona -> Cantha

Elonian characters may travel to Cantha using the quest “Plague in Cantha," which is offered by Funwa Shento in Kamadan – The Jewel of Istan after they have completed the quest “The Time is Nigh.”
