Is run of Purity global?

If you put a rune of purity (and the other one forgot what it is called) will it lessen the duration of the conditions?

A better question is with an effect like its how could it not be global.

But yes, it doesnt matter what armor peice is on..

I would agree, that's the confusion, but since those mods where originally part of the sin armor, it was curious as to why each piece had it.

Accually, each piece of Assassin armour had a different condition shortened.
