Healer's Covenent reducing cost of protection prayers

seems that healer's covenent is reducing the cost of some protection prayers when it says specifically it only reduces healing prayers. Heh i'm not complaining makes farming glad points in ra alot easier... 2energy mending touch ftw! Noticed it reduced the cost of reversal mend ailemnt/condition and stuff.
