Not sure if anyone posted anything like this.. minus well post it:
prof=D/N
curses=11
Scythe=9
Wind=16
name="Shivering Quail"
Weapon set #1: icy scythe
Equipped wind helmet
Runes used: minor Myst, superior wind prayers, superior scythe mastery

Twin Moon Sweep
Chilling Victory
Test Of Faith
Grenth's Fingers
Harrier's Haste
Shivers of Dread

res sig

so basically its alot of nice cold AOE dmg with interrupts. Below is just the main usage of the skills for this build.

Shivers of Dread - interrupts and -6 energy per hit
Zealous Vow - each hit + 6 energy
Harrier's Haste - running away skill and gives extra dmg to someone who is kiting you
Grenth's Fingers - cold dmg AOE and cripple
Test of Faith - a touch skill (cold aoe dmg)
Chilling Victory - cold dmg AOE and hits multiple people (more energy gain)
Twin Moon Sweep - get rid of Grenth's fingers enchantment to cripple and more energy gain from Zealous Vow

Hey, just thought I'd revive this old thread. Hope the author doesn't mind, since I was inspired.

I read this build before I got NF, and was disappointed to find that ZV only gives 5 energy at 16 wind prayers. Still, I overcame this by relying on Grenth's fingers for cold damage and using a Zealous/Enchanting snathe.

So, this is my PvP dervish, and it works fairly well- provided your positional play can keep you from being the first bloody target. ¬.¬;

16 Wind (12+1+3)
9 Scythe (6+3)
11 Curses
Remainder in Mysticism.

Grenth's Fingers
Dwayna's Touch
Crippling Sweep
Plague Touch
Whirling Charge
Shivers Of Dread/Spinal Shivers
Zealous Vow (e)

Get into the habit of running your elite 'all' the time; cast it 'every' 12 seconds. Cast Shivers on your target as you like (A personal quirk: I wait until about half range), close up and cast Grenth's Fingers. Dwayna's touch is your heal; 63 health per enchantment, and you don't lose any enchantments.

Use Crippling Sweep then Whirling Charge. Touch conditions off as soon as you get them. If you run low on energy, just hit someone you aren't interrupting once while you have ZV up.

If you want, consider switching Whirling Charge for Harrier's Haste.

Downsides are that you have no cover for your hex or your enchantments, all of which are critical. Deffo should be played with guildies who can take care of that for you.

PS: Advance apologies if someone else altered the original build before I did. Kudos to the original builder.
