The new runes such as:

Rune of Recovery
Reduced Dazed duration on you by 20%
Reduced Deep Wound duration on you by 20%

Do these stack to the point where you could have 5 on your armor and have a 100% reduction on these effects?

I don't think so, but apparently they're bugged to give increased reduction, someone has some numbers here http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Talk:Ru...C_recovery_etc

Now see that's the interesting thing about these runes, they don't say (non stackable) like an attribute rune does so that is very confusing.

Vitae I can see stacking
Attunement (or whatever the +2 energy is called) I can see stacking

These new ones not so sure, getting 100% reduction would make any of the 2 combos on you totally useless, which is kind of cool and you do sacrifice having any other runes in but may not really be balanced.

I think its very balanced as stacking. If you want to sacrifice other runes to use these then go right ahead. Dazed and Deep wound are pretty powerful conditions.
