Ok new to this all, so please be constructive
Profession: War/Ele
Name: Burning Axe (un-orriginal I know)
Type: PvE although untested much in PvP
Category: Area DoT/Condition/Hex
Attributes: Axe 12+1+3, Tactics 8+1, Fire 10 rest strength
Skills:
Tripple Chop [E]
Cyclone Axe
Mark of Rod
Conjure Flame
Bonettis Defense
Watch Yourself
Healing Sig
Rez Sig
Equipment: Max armor, Axe with Firey upgrade, Sup Abosorbstion, Sup Vigor, New NF runes (not too sure which best yet)
Summary: Since Mark of Rod has been changed to Aoe and lower engergy I have come up with this. It's effective in PvE not tested much in PvP.Apply Conjure Flame befor battle and allow energy regen. Target grouped enimes and use Mork of Rod, then attack each unit using Tripple Chop to apply burrning, the 3 seconds burning is enough to build up energy for cyclone axe to reapply. Resuse cyclone axe/tripple chop when availble energy. When health dropping use watch yourself then bonettis to defend plus regain energy.
Rez sig and healing sig are self explanatory.
PvP: I belive this may be useable build as applys spread conditions and multiple hexes so condition and hex removal will be hard and wasted if other hexes such as SS about. Would be effective if someone in team had greater con.
Notes & Concerns: As mentioned hex removal is a concern but even w/o hex DPS is still good. Main concern is taking mass damage befor adrenalin builds up to use bonettis/watch yourself. Energy management can also be hard to judge. You are unable to maintain conjure flame all the time.
Credit: Just myself, have looked though other builds and nothing similar.
Again, constructive comments please. I'm looking to improve upon this.

Nice idea. The new buffed glyph could be used since it reduces the cost of the next 2 spells (conjure and Rodgort's).

Cyclone and Triple Chop by itself will take all your energy.. I don't see this working very well. Bonetti's still needs 8 adrenaline and requires things to be hitting you. Often in PvE that doesn't happen as much as you think - otherwise every w/mo would bring Balthazar's Spirit. The only way I find Cyclone and Triple Chop to be usable is with a zealous axe, and you're giving that up for a fiery upgrade to use your conjure.

skillsbas8 took your idea, great help, replaced watch yourself.
I dont find energy a problem, use 5 for glyph, then 0 for conjure and mark of Rod. Still 15 left, use Tripple chop for 5, wait 2-3 seconds then cyclone. If you against 3+ enemys after this combo I find Bonettis is ready. I use bonettis mainly for 75% evade as all other skills tend to need mana, you could use watch yourself instead for lower adrenalin cost, depends on monks i guess.
Try it out it works well.
I have also now got ranger hero with greater con which keeps the burning up on others who you lose aggro on.

slap a zealous mod on your axe and once the battle starts and youre hitting groups of enemys, i dont see how you would have energy problems. very creative build!

Did you even read the build? The reason it wont work well is because it needs a fiery mod instead of a zealous to work.

I think you can swap the axes. Nail em with the fire get low on energy and whip out the zeal axe. I use three different axes when I'm out in the wild, Don't see why having 2 different axes would be that much of a problem.
