I am a poor Elementalist not that poor as in poor. but financialy. So I want to become a runner. To make some money. can anyone suggest a build that can be good for it.

wrong forum...and go E/R...i'll start you off with mist form and armor of mist, and work your way from there..

Watchout for Crippling and bleeding.
Both effects will go and hit you while you are in Mist Form (no damage from weapon, but special affects will come into play).
