Ok, been all over the island, done all missions, and I know you are spose to get to the consulate docks, but I cant find zip.
Whats missing??, this part just does not seem to flow like the others.

Did you do the stuff to prepare for war? I think there were like three little quests you had to do before the consulate docks mission....

....or gain a certain Sunspear rank? There's always quests that pop up when you get a new Sunspear level.

i`ve gone through all the towns,and villages to see if I have missed anything, but sadly no luck.
I have done all primary quests, infact I dont have any quests keft to do.
My sunspear lvl is Commander 6 lvl 18.

To get the 3 part quest that starts you on the primary off the island go to the Sunspear Hall. I'm not sure what triggered it but I went back there last night and I could get all 3 at level 16 and rank Captain. Forgot the NPC's name, maybe Pumba???

Finishing the Blacktide Den mission triggers the War preparations quests that you get in Sunspear Hall.

I just got the War Preparations quest from Pumpa (spelling?) at the Greathall after I finished the Trial quest at the Consulate.

Well... Problem solved IF you're < lvl 20!
You can follow main quests untill you reach Diggings.
Leave Diggings and enter the City and you can get the SKALE HUNT from the Sunspear Scout there!
Go a bit north, where there are a bunch of lvl 2 skales present (about 12), kill them and repeat the process
Other options I was thinking about:
* Look for a person that will enter Blacktide Den (He needs to warp in)
But I'm still looking into that!
