the oni daggers are merchant food
For the serpent axe, it's not max, but it's oh so close. idk if people buy them near-max... wait for a pc guru for that one

if anything, you could salvage out the +30 mod and sell that for 25-40k. if you got a high level chest or wisdom title (or have a friend that does), you might be able to sell the axe itself afterwards too.
