How to get 15 attribute Points for Swordmanship?

I now have Shiro's sword for which you need 15 Swordmanship points. Trouble is I only have 14 points (extra two from duelist's helm and a minor rune) and can't get 15.

Rune traders won't sell me a major or superior rune ("Sorry, just run out of that"), including my other characters! is this a way to stop me using the sword?? What the FoW do I do please?

The Rune shortage is a result of Nightfall's launch... Profiteerers have been buying like there's no tomorrow to sell when the prices rise after launch. I think.
Most people hate the sword because of that Req anyways...

The only way to get to 15 permanently is to use a major rune with the right helm or a superior rune only.

The other temporary way is to visit a statue of balthazar in Cantha/Elona and get his blessing. THat's about it.

It's not a way to stop you from using your sword.

Everyone is buying the sup sword rune for their new Nightfall helm and/or Koss. You can either wait a few weeks for the until everyone has gotten their runes, spam click the Rune Trader and hope to get lucky or buy the expensive sup sword rune from another player. I was lucky to get a few at 700g from the rune trader for my heroes. Oh and one last choice, try get it as a drop.

Yes, Nightfall released "Heros", and everyone and their grandma is rushing to the rune trader to buy runes for their heros.

(Notice all the runes for the popular hero builds are out alot of the time, MM, Nuker, Warrior, etc).

Never had one drop for me in a year ...then again, maybe I'm due one!
