Ok, after doing some Stone Face quests, I got the rewards Eternal Bliss and Transcendant Glory.

They aint skills, and they aint items. What exactly are these rewards, does anyone know??

I believe that they are the "ranks" that you have achieved in the cult. I don't believe they impact anything other than that specific quest for storyline purposes. Don't quote me on that though.
