price checks are given based on the skin, req, inherent bonus, and if its max dmg. pcs are not given based on the mods on it...so id suggest wait til a pc guru has some knowledge of this skin before u do anythign with it.

The Orrish skin is a very rare skin. A perfect 10/10 one before Factions was going for 800k (or was it 400k?). I imagine this one will be worth a lot less, since it's mostly mods and inscriptions. But yes, we'll need to wait till the market stabilizes before any accurate PC's can be given.

Well, what matters are the inherent mods, that you can't replace.

* +10 energy: Perfect.
* 11-22: Perfect
* Req9: 9 or lower is generally considered perfect.
* 20% HSR: Perfect... and this cannot be added with inscriptions, mind you.

Staves only spawn with HSR, there is no such inscription. ty

Also, I was clarifying how perfect it was, since milias said "it's mostly mods and inscriptions". Ofcourse, the 2 mods and the inscription are worthless. ty

umm jonnie, riven is correct. there is no inscription for Halves Skill Recharge (20% chance) for staves. prices for items are based on the stats that can't be changed so the only things we're looking at are: skin, req, damage, and the HSR mod. The +27 health, +7 armor vs physical, and the "Don't Think Twice" inscription can all be changed so those don't factor into the cost.

here is a theory

Green staff

# Energy +10
# Cold damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Death Magic)
# Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
# Halves casting time of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
# Halves casting time of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
# Health +30

Your Gold staff

Skill recharge 20% [built in cant be modded or salvaged]
HCT 10%
Hale and Shelter mods
HST of a specific att [missing] - maybe possible or maybe not

Now if we take a look at the green vs the gold it seems as all staffs suppoused to have a built in skill recharge 20% mod and 2 other Inscribable mods. Be it a 10% global and 20% specific. OR 20/20 Specific.

Now this is only a theory........


I know this is way off topic but the earth staff to me dosent seem perfect, its as its missing a mod.
