As in Factions, in Nightfall you have the storyline split after Kodonur Crossroads mission to rejoin in Moddok Crevice mission (according to GuildWiki), which means that either Pogahn Passage or Rilohn Refuge mission is left out.
My question is, till when? When can the other mission be done to acquire Protector of Elona title, does someone know?

I had heard that when you finish the game you get to take the hero you didn't choose, when you make the choice between Margrid the Sly and the Master of Whispers. Then you can do any other quests you have missed. Maybe someone could confirm this?

When you beat the final mission, the area you are left in (can't remember the name) has NPCs to craft armor, get the green, and also the heroes that you have not added yet will be there offering a quest to get them to join your party. Confirmed personally.

you can Do both you just need to get a person in your team that has the Hero you dont have, I took the ranger my Friend took the Nec we Did both Quests.. or wait till the end when you get the other heros...

Go into the Training Fields from Kamadan, run across to the other side and talk to the Historian at the gate.

As stated by x____cheese, you just need to be in a group with Master of Whispers or Margrid the Sly in their respective missions. You, yourself do not need that hero unlocked for you to do the mission. My sister took Master of Whispers and I took Margrid, we both got credit for Rilohn Refuge and Pogahn Passage.

Or you can just beat the game, in which case you can go anywhere you want.

I don't think you even need to beat the game to do it.
