Complete newb with a few questions..

I am brand new to GW and purchased Nightfall for my son and myself. I have a few questions I hope someone will take the time to answer for me.


**Are the Builds/Skills from the other editions of GW pretty much the same, other than the new classes, as in Nightfall? In other words will the info on these forums for PvE builds work just as well in Nightfall?

**Right now I am interested in PvE. I have read post about players finishing this portion of the game already. I know this is not the norm and these were attempts just to finish it quickly. My question is what happens when you finish the main storyline? Is the game pretty much done except for fighting in the explorable areas?

**Is there a list, here or anywhere else on the web, of all the quests? I don't want spoilers just the name of the quest,quest giver, and general location. I want to try to hit them all.

Thanks in advance for input and please feel free to give any tips or advice because I really am just stumbling through this as I go, but enjoying every minute of it.

1. Some builds use skills from one of the other campaigns but some can be done with Nightfall + Core skills I guess, not sure but make a build you are most comfortable playing with

2. Once you finish the game you can do alot more. There may be quests you havent done yet. Work on the titles. Search for your favorite weapon

1) The majority of the main builds you'll find will be useful in any chapter as long as you have the classes required for it. I'm not sure if the skills that came out with Factions were carried on, but Nightfall has more skills than any previous chapter.

2) I haven't remotely gotten close to finishing the PvE content in Nightfall yet, but I would generally assume that it would be similar to the previous games and you would be left with several choices of what to do next, such as: building up money for the next chapter, repeating any fun competitive missions, unlocking things through Balthazar faction and PvPing.

3) http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page , it's a great website that lists in depth builds, pictures of weapons/armor and where to find them, quest/mission walkthroughs and pretty much any other info you'd like to know about Guild Wars.
