in the borlis pass i cant finish the secondary quest.I cant find ice drace

You mean the bonus?

After you light the torches, go through the 1st gate (blow it up). Go Left as far as you can. There is a dwarf standing behind a gate. Blow up Gate. Then blow up the stupid blocked path, talk to dwarf. Go into cave and kill the ice drake.

behind the dwarf is a huge pile of snow, which can be kegged up. That's where you will find the ice drake
