I found this while explorering/capturing elites in high-end areas.

It's my brand new dervish, he haven't ascanded in Tyria, do you think that is why it doesn't work?

Could anyone go there with a Tyrian born character and see what it says?

Maybe you can go there only with a char that completed the normal proph campaign, if non tyria char than LA and so on..this is like a shortcut..

In that crystal overlook place (in desolation area) you can get a quest which requires you to go back to tyria and kill repkhet......for those who hasn't been to tyria this leads to the Arid sea.
