i would like to make custom weapons for my character but i need some help. pictures below, what could i do with this and how much is it worth if i wer to sell it.

Those are pretty much worthless, just sell them to the merchant. Max for furious is 10% and Charr slaying's max is 20% plus I don't know if anybody would want it.
You can add a mod to a weapon simply by double-clicking it and then click on the weapon to add it to. Full details can be found on guildwiki.
