Where is Dynastic Tombs?

I cant figure out how to get to this one last explorable area in the Desolation. The Dynastic Tombs. Has anyone gotten there that could help. It is south of Alkali Pan and west of the Sulfurous Wastes. Help Please my Grandmaster Cart Title depends on it! :-)
