say I'm in a team with 3 of my heroes and another player, do i get 1/5, 4/5 or 1/2 of the drops?

the easies way to confirm is to go outside with your heroes and see how much gold you get after killing a mob.

I think your heroes take their share of drops as well. I remember reading it in the guildwars.com webpage about heroes.
