Looking Good Paragon Build Without Using 2nd Profession

i need a good buid for my paragon and i cant find any other elite skill except the cruelty spear and the no the signet


otherwise can someone tell me how to get pts faster im stuck in commander and yet im still looking for elite skills to lvl up to 19 and 20
