Is this possible? At rank 8 (Castellan) all sources of Conscritpions dried up...Vabbian Scouts say how wonderful it is to see a Sunspear, Sunspear Scouts say nothing...

That seems to have happened to everyone, not sure if it's a bug or what.
On a side note, I liked the little play they did about ascalon in the All's Well that Ends Well quest.
