If you have Nightfall on your account, that my be the issue. your Processor, and RAM are at the minimum for Nightfall...but are fine for the other two campains.

Those visual usually means a video card is overclocked or failing. Usually due to heat issues on the video card.

It could be the fan is failing on the video card causing the graphics processing unit to overheat. If you overclocked the video card, put it back to default specs. The system can be cool but your video card become very hot.

WOW, looks exactly like battlefield 2 with my old nvidia 6200 oc, I tried some NVIDIA beta drivers (cant remember which), but trees and building in battlefield 2 looked exactly like that, until I uninstalled and reinstalled older (and WHQL blah certified).

Try manually/physically checking to make sure your video card fan is working, and try to gauge the temperature of the card (if it's severely overheating, be careful as you *can* actually burn yourself slightly by touching it). Heat and hardware failure are two of the most common causes of this problem.

If the card seems fine temperature-wise and you think it might be the hardware - try a simple swap to another nvidia card. If that resolves the issue, well then...you most likely need to replace the card.

Also remember that room temperature doesn't exactly have as much of an impact temperature-wise as some people thing - you fans could be dusty and airflow could be poor. Double-check your temperature settings of your cpu and gpu by using a program such as PC Wizard 2006 or nvidia's driver temperature settings.

This is a screen of my ATi card overheating....

I would say either currupted drivers (hey I'v seen white = purple before)
or overheating issues.
