Envoke lightning (air/water build)

wow. what a great skill, team this up with blurred vision, chain lightning and arc lightning and you hitting alot of targets. so far i have found it almost as good as fire for hitting multi targets. with the new aoe response in the AI i find it alot less of of waste too. i have really only played this build for about 10 hours so it needs work but i think its a good starting platform.

and a 20/20 +5e 20% enchant staff

I really hated the cast time on chain lightning. If anything, I would bring arcane echo to replace chain lightning.

Beware of relying on just 1 enchantment for Invoke Lightining, one strip and you're exhausted. Take Aura of Restoration to cover it maybe...
