Where can I get these NF skills?

I really want to check out the new elementalist skill "Stone Striker" and "Stoneflesh Aura" offered in the Nightfall expansion. I am about half way through the missions but no dice yet. Does anyone have them yet? Can I get them from a skill NPC or is it a quest? GWiki says they are not elite skills so I assume you don't have to capture them. Any help would be appreciated.

Follow primary quests and get through the first mission. The town you end up in has new skills.

There's always the option of unlocking them with balthazar faction and then buying them, if you're impatient.

You have got to be kidding me....lol.

When you travel by ship you can start with misssion #4.

I can't believe I spent all of this time getting deep in to the mainland when I could have had those skills after mission #1.
