Iridescent Aegis of Valor

Yes I know its very hard to pc on nightfall items since everything is brand new.
I just want to know if this shield seem to be as rare as in faction or if it has been dropping all over for ppl. And if you guys think its to high req to try and sell or can it actully be worth something? Would it be worth while to change the inscription to a -5dmg(20% chance) or will it just be a waste of a good inscription. Last but not least, any sugestions for a ~price?

It's very high req but I've not seen many of them in game. Could be a semi-rare/rare skin. I'd wait for couple weeks and see how it turns out.
