How does a Tyrian/Canthan character get to Kamadan?

As fate would have it, witches hats are ONLY available in Kamadan. This means I must get my characters from cantha/tyria over to kamadan right away! The only problem is, eh. I don't know how! T_T

I would try to do it in game right now, but I am at school and thank god I get out in merely an hour and thirty minutes. So, I figured in the mean time I can begin gathering information from , you guessed it, you guys! ^_^

So if someone could provide me with information on how to traverse from tyria/cantha to kamadan I would most appreciate it.

P.S. I looked here in the nightfall forums on how to possibly traverse but I was unable to locate any information, I then did a search and that rendered no results. So if there is a sticky somewhere that I missed I do apologize and thank you in advance for provinig me with the link!

I know to get from Tyria you take to Lionguard Figo in Lions Arch, he's down on the docks. I'm not to sure about cantha though, i would assume Kaineng Center is the start point.
