auction closed "where can i find the item i won?"

i just won an item, and was wondering how to find it so i can contact the seller.

Unfortunately there is no link to the auction in question, so I cannot check if the reserve price has been met. Keeping that limitation in mind, you can find auctions you won under "My control panel" - "Buying" - "Auctions you won".

Usually you'll get an email shortly after the auction closes with "in game name" and email of the seller/buyer. It works really well.

But while the thread is open and an auction admin on hand, I've had personally several issues lately from both buyers and sellers that aren't responding to emails or in game pm's when they're online, nor are 'they' trying to get back with me to complete the trade.

Can anything be done besides a -1 Feedback if they fail to deliver the goods auctioned or gold they bid for items?

It wouldn't bother me as much usually, but the last 2 winning bids I've made and 2 of the last 3 sales are as described. :/

I thought I would add that here being that I too wonder, where are my items/gold.
