Where to craft Elite sunspear armor?

:O Anyone know where to craft elite sunspear armor?
On wiki it says Command post, but I can't find it in there.

I noticed that how many npc's show up in the command post appears to be connecting to your sunspear rank / how far you are in Nightfall.

The 15k crafter showed up for me latter but not at 1st. I'm currently ranked (7) sunspear.

try the Command post

It's because you completed one of the quests. Where you free the captured Sunspears in the Marga Coast or Sunward Marches.

You do not get the 15k Armorer until you complete Dunkoro's second quest in the Building the Base quest line.

I just got here with my Canthan monk (rank 6). I did the building the base quests, yet still don't see him.

Checked again with my ranger who's finished the game and is still only rank 7 - it's not there for her either

Any ideas? I just get the skill traider, hero skills and profession changer.

You have to do all the quests required for the non-primary Command Post quest. IIRC, the elite armor guy shows up on the last one or close to it. When he's there, he's in under that big tent off to the left as you exit Sanctuary - you have to run a little ways before he shows up with Alt.

You can go out on the same party as someone that has him, and the NPC will craft armor for you even if you haven't done the quests.

Oh, and FWIW, this is probably more suited (and perhaps even already answered) in the Nightfall-specific forum here, Elonian Explorers' League, rather than here on the general Q/A forum.
