PVP character problem

whenever i go to make a PVP character the game takes me to the RP character making screen and RP just takes me to the RP character screen, is en1 else having this problem, or does ne1 no what i can do?

the two screens are very similar now. however, the pvp character will start at level 20 in the temple of balthazar. you can edit your armor/weapon/stats/skills outside of creation in outposts, which allowed me to make a gazillion (give or take a few million) weapons/offhands and 3 sets of armor for my monk.
