minor vigor

i was just curious as to why the rune traders will not buy minor vigor runes and the price is high to buy them from the trader.

The prices are high because people are buying them to outfit their heroes.

It seems to be a new feature: the traders will refuse to accept items rather than raise their prices (at least within some given time). Bad for me, since I hoarded Major Vigors.

I've tried to get a quote to buy a minor vigor and have been told several times they were out of stock. But still they refused to buy the minor vigor then tried to sell them.

I was able to get a succssful quote to sell Superior and Major vigors though. I think this Minor vigor was one I received from as a quest reward in Elona and wonder if that is the reason why the trader won't buy it.

You are correct in that you cannot sell to an NPC the rune of minor vigor received as a quest reward.
