Summary:
The schoolbus driver has the unfourtunate task of overseeing the movement and behaviour of the party. They demand respect, and use shouts and refferals to enforce the rules. They can also be a powerful source of damage using their bus as a weapon, at great person sacrifise to themselves and the party.
Overview:
Basic AL is 60 with no additional energy or energy regeneration
[Because of low energy pool, the schoolbus driver also has access to "caffine" which is sufficeint to power some skills. Caffine builds naturally, and some skills give large boosts of caffine.
Attributes are:
Primary* Driving License: For every point, your entire party moves 1% faster, and for every 4 ranks, you gain 1 energy each time one of your skills effects a party member. Many skills, especially those related to movement become better with this attribute.
Punishment: No inherent effect. Many skills, especially those related to following rules and punishments laid down for breaking those rules, become more effective with this attribute.
THE BUS: No inherent effect. Many skills, especially those related to the bus become more effective with this attribute.

Here are some skills that represent the basic function and role of the schoolbus driver.
"Stay in your seats!"
Elite Shout. For 4...10 seconds, all party members gain +2 energy regeneration and +5...10 health regeneration while standing still. Moving party members are knocked down for 3 seconds and foes in earshot are knocked down for 2..5 seconds. Attribute punishment.
7 caffine 25 recharge
Don't cross the white line!
Skill. Create a white line at your location. Any creature that move across this line is knocked down, and suffers 80...120 damage. Attribute punishment
10 energy 20 recharge
"No drawing on the seats!"
Shout. All foes who are casting are interrupted and that spell is disabled for 30 seconds. Party members adjacent to you begin bleeding from the ears for 7...2 seconds. Attribute Punishment.
6 caffine 15 recharge
"I said quiet down!"
Shout. All of target foes shouts/echos are disabled for 10...30 seconds. For 15 seconds all party members can not be effected by shouts.
8 caffine 25 recharge
"GET OFF THE BUS!"
Refferal. Target party member is kicked from the game. attribute punishment
5 energy (this skill must be recharged with a moral boost.)
Vehicluar Manslaughter
Elite Skill. Target touched foe is hit by the bus and is killed instantly. All party member suffer 20 damage and you are forced to leave the game. Attribute The bus.
5 caffine
Grazing impact
Skill. You are dazed and crippled for 20 seconds. Target touched foe is dazed for 10...25 seconds and suffers 70...90 damage. All party members are knocked down.
Furious Rampage of death
Skill. For 10 seconds, all foes you come into melee range with are knocked down, begin bleeding for 20 seconds and suffer 100 damage. When this skill ends, you and all party members loose half your maximum life. If you would be killed by this damage, you die. No attribute
10 caffine 60 recharge.
Hit and run.
Stance. For 5..10 seconds if any adjacent foes die, you run 50% faster for 10 secounds. Attribute Driving License.
10 energy 60 recharge.
