Ok I am real new to Guild Wars...so sorry if this has been answered. I am in post-sear Cantha, and am stuck on the Nahpui Quarter mission... I need better armor(W/rt), and am short on gold...can anyone tell me how and where I can farm in this location(keep in mind I just learned about farming today)

Fight your way to Kaineng Center and sell everything you don't need for your armor. You should have more than enough.
Or, you could find which collectors will give your max armor and just get the collectible drops for the collectors.

Guildwiki lists the collectors and they have max armor in the area around Kaineng. Assuming wiki is up, look them up and collect the items they are looking for by fighting those enemies with henchies or buying them in towns near the collectors.
That will get you by until you can afford armor with bonuses.
