Weird Sephis Axe

Is it strange that the dmg starts with 7 instead of 6. Thoughts, comments?

Non max axes often have 7 as minimum damage

hmm...might get around 5-10k (to clarify this, some caster do buy -5ene weapons fo various purposes)for it i reckon....or salvage?

I would salvage the 29 HP
but u can sell it to a newb for 5 a 10k
