Are you seriously telling me that this Staff isn't worth even tho is has Max Dmg and all that ???

nope. single mod. salvage the 30hp, worth about 3-5k ish

yes, and any max damage weapons of another type generally need 14 or 15 stance/^50/-10/-5 or something like that to be of significant value with some exceptions

Unfortunately, the staff itself is worth next to nothing. My advice is to salvage it and get the 30 hp mod off, then if it stayed get the +5 armor mod. If you keep the staff, merch it and you'll get the same price PLUS the sales of the mods. Perfect fortitude wrappings are worth quite a bit.

Perfect fortitude is worth 5-10k..

Salvage is your ONLY option.
