With thisa new update i'm a little confused with how to mix dyes. Old way doesn't work.

You double click the first dye and add it to the armor piece you want it on.

A preview window opens.

Then drag across up to 3 other dyes and it will give you a preview of the color. When you are happy with the mixture click the accept button. If you're not happy, keep playing around with the colors or start over.

double-click a dye and select a piece of armor - that opens the mixer screen. put whatever combination of dyes you want into that window, and it will show you what you'll get on your armor. choose ok if you want to go ahead, or cancel it if you don't. Pretty cool huh?

Thanks. That is one fancy dye system.

One question... were there ever dye mixes that went over 4 dyes?

What happens when you try to mix in that 5th dye? Does it just not do anything, or what? =)

There are only 4 slots for dyes on the new mixer interface. If you haven't tried it yet, double click a dye and click a piece of armor to check it out. Nothing happens until you click "OK" so you can now play around with it as much as you like.

It really is pretty sweet but with all the possible color combos it can be a bit hard to decide which one to go with.
