Shattering Assault and Shiloh

I hope someone can help me out on this...

Shiloh, the Hero Skill person at Sunspear Great Hall, has Shattering Assault. I want that for my Assassin as well as for my Heroes. I did the quests to get Promotion Points, farmed a bit in Arkjok Ward, and got to First Spear, as well as getting Zenmai. I have 6 Hero Points, but when I click to get Shattering Assault I get no reply. What is the problem?

I don't think it was meant to be on the list at all, being the lone elite you can grab from that NPC. I'm half not surprised if it's non-functional.

It's a bug. The trader shouldn't even be offering Shattering Assault -- it's an elite skill after all.

Darn...I want it so badly. I hope ANet either fixes it or takes it out soon then.

You can cap it in the SW area of Crystal Overlook.

yea, the fact its even on the list is probably a glitch, thats why he doesnt let you learn it.

They wouldnt let lvl3's in Sunspear Grand Hall get an elite that you otherwise cant get until the end areas of the game...
