For starters, your numbers are out. You get an extra bonus to crit rate from your ranks in Scythe mastery. It's about 17% at rank 12.
Mystic sweep is only going to hit for an extra 2 enchants (remember - Neutrality won't count), but it's still OK I guess. You could try swaping it for Reap Impurities, to take advantage of either crippled or bleeding. You may also want to try and find space for Assassin's Remedy, but it's not vital, and your defense seems good enough anyway.

Oo I thought Critical Eye and Way of the Assassin were Enchants, then in this case, Reaping Impurities would be better.
But still, the 77% chance to Crit makes up for it - I have no idea whether the Crit actually adds up this way, but from what I am seeing it should. I haven't had time to tried this build yet.
