Ellite Missions?

Has anyone figured out where they are i have been to every town mapped over 90% of the game and still nothing at all but i did find a key called a stygian key and never have found a chest for it to unlock any one know what to do ?????

The elite missions are for those lucky folks that can either find a person in the Alliance's that hold Cavalon and House Zu Heltzer, to take them or you must be in a guild tha is in the Alliance that holds those towns.

Thanks for the infoe but what i ment was is there any in Night fall ??? because i have yet to see or hear about them

I dont believe so unfortunately, havent heard ANYTHING about ANYTHING like that.

Actually Chilly, they did say prior to release that there would be 1 NF elite mission, and that it would be open to everybody once they reached a certain point in the game (unlike the ferry system needed for Urgoz and the Deep). Granted, some stuff is apparently still not implemented or discovered (like that one hero listed in the handbook nobody has found or that one realm of the gods that has keys being sold, but can't be accessed yet).

True, true. Other than that, anything? Not yet. But, we may soon discover something, so, keep your ears up amd head open!

Elite mission was unfinished at release, and will likely, like the unfinished PvP arenas in Factions, be released in a few months. I'll lay odds the hero is tied to the elite mission.

I dont belive that , they wouldnt make you wait for an ellite mission i can see certian things in pvp but just a mission

There is a statue in the Chantry of Secrets that you can get to, behind a gate you can only pass when you beat the game. There you can /kneel and summon an avatar, that currently does nothing. It's theorized that this will be the location of the Elonian elite mission, and I find that concept to be quite plausible.

They won't, anyone who's beat the game has access to the elite mission. It was stated as such (actually it was said that once you reached that point in the game you had access to it, they didn't specify where) in PC gamer, even their odd statement that we couldn't make sense of seems now to have been about insignias.

There's also an obvious empty spot south of the vortex on the Realm of Torment map and an island visible from Gates of Torment, Gate of Secrets and Gate of Madness which corresponds to no known gate.

my guess is that it has to do with those quests with red difficulty warnings on them. has anyone done them all?

Everyone keeps saying that but tell me, is there a way for a Tyrian or Canthan character to do the first few "Master" quests on the island? I doubt ANET would make it a requirement as lame as that.

Has anyone with a Protector of Elona title tried to talk to the Avatar of Truth or whatever it is and confirmed that it actually does nothing ?
