I thought they said they made the material storage upgrade available to all campaigns; including Tyria anyway....

There's a Xunlai Representative in Lion's Arch now that allows Tyrians to buy the storage upgrades.

Where can you get the materials storage? I have a TON of material I'd like to put in storage but I'm not as far as Lion's arch yet
