Attention Paragon Support Troops! I have found the Incoming Skill! The other day I was thinking about where to find the "Desperate Measures" quest to get the skree boss to get my skill Incoming! But I could not find it anywhere so my next solution was to do every single possible quest with my paragon (he already beat the game) and so after quest after quest I found an area where Incoming! is located, and the boss is located their all the time you dont need to do a quest or anything to get to her!
The area where the boss is located and where you first start is Dzagonur Bastion. Head east into Wilderness Of Bahdza and head south east as far as possible. If you reached the teleport head a bit north. There should be a Harpy boss called "Skeecher" she uses the skill Incoming! She has 3 warrior harpies surronding her and as soon as she dies 3 more drop down from above. That is all. Thank you.

Thank you. theres a few Skeechers there, but they are part of a quest; as soon as you finish the quest = skeechers gone. they spawn right above the portal that connects Bokka Amphitheatre and the Wilderness of Bahdza. unfortunately, i forgot the name of the quest, but the quest log is quite obvious as it tells you to kill those Skeechers.
PS; if anyone hasnt finished the quest and wants to cap the skill as well, ill gladly join (or help someone finish the quest - as long as i somehow get the lite). IGN Mokone Blizzard if someone is feeling nice enough

"Incoming!" can also be capped in the Brahda Wilderness from a boss called Screech. Brahda Wilderness is a zone in the east connected to the palace area (with the Amfitheater in the back). You should be able to find it if you do the Goren quest.
