I see them selling for 5-8K all the time, and the price is falling. Your best bet is to sell it in Drok's international 1.

I've never seen anyone pay over 5k, 4k is standard IMO

agreed, had a guy asking to buy one, i gave an offer of 5k and he took me up on it no questions asked
edit : although, ive just noticed yours has 10al vs cold dmg...the main point of a TOTEM axe is the 20% enchant mod that is used by casters, so maybe yours isnt even worth 5k?
