PC on 20/20/20 Bone Staff

i still have this staff..
Bone Staff

HSR DEATH spells 20%
HCT DEATH spells 20% (new staffhead)
HCT BLOOD spells 20%
+1 death(20%)

i figured that there are no mixed attrib 20/20's anymore, so a 20/20death and 20blood won't drop again..
i know its not the new 20%HSR spells but its still nice..
pc on it?

ps. glad to be back after my 2 WEEKS ban for having MULTIPLE THREADS.. pfft

is the HSR 20% overall ? or just for death ?

i still need to buy the perfect mods, but this would give you an idea.. so the 19% will be replaced for 20 and the +30hp for death+1(20%) IF it would be worth doing that.. that why the PC
