Missions on the island locked

I can't get the Jokanur Diggnins and the Blacktide Den to change into missions and I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem. My character is from Prophecies (monk 20) I crossed over did the village mission, did the docks then moved on to the continent. I then tried to explore the island and they wont change into missions! I talked to everyone 2-3 times, explored moderatly all over the island, redid everything with another cross over character, tried again just in case... Its really starting to bug me.
Anyone has any idea?

seems to be a bug that only affects some people

both my Tyrian chars have access to Diggings and Den missions
- one char only had 345 sunspear points, the other had over 5000
only 1 of them did 1st mission

Go to Historian Somebody in the far east of C__ camp (off of Kamadan).
He'll let you 're-live' the first mission, which will unlock Diggings.

somone else already did the 1st mission
- made no difference to unlocking Diggings
also as noted earlier,
one of my Tyrian chars can do both Diggings and Den and I dont have the 1st mission outpost (never talked to Historian)

I had this problem *BUT* it turns out that I hadn't completed the "Suspears in Kryta" quest.
Went back and re-did the Sunspears in Kryta quest, as Figo still had an exclamation point over his head, and this time it properly completed, allowing me access to those missions.

I went back to Lions Arch, talked to the gate guy, he took me to Kormir, I talked to her, then a cutscene happened, then I was at the Sun docks. Collected my reward finally, returned to the mission, and now i can play it

Also fixed this for me, but I am sure I got the reward.
Strange this has only happened on my Mo with whom I pugged.
The rest of my chars have done the Sunspears quest with hench.

CRAP I didn't get reward on warrior. I have to go back and fix that later on tonight.

thank you so much. I went back to redo Sunspear in Kryta and it fixed it! 
I only have one character so the thought of missing something was really getting to me.

oh of course... thank goodness for that. i was having the exact same problem and now it makes sense. this was really starting to worry me hahahaha thank you!! *goes and redoes sunspear quest*

They fixed the sunspears in Kryta quest sequence now so you get the reward in kamadan docks now and this should be resolved for anyone new coming through.
