Member left the guild and it doesn't show up on status tab

We had an officer leave the guild last night and the status tab hasn't updated. Does this mean he deleted his account or is there a known problem?

Arenanet decided the feature where you can see who left the guild was a bad idea, so they removed it with the big Nightfall update.

Thanks for the update. Aww man, that stinks. As a guild leader, I try to catch up with the people who leave and ask them why so I know where I can improve things in the guild. What a bummer.

yea as an officer in a guild I must agree with you.

I agree too. I used to check the Guild Status every day to see who had left. Now you just have to remember how many are in your guild and compare the number to what it last was.

If it was detrimental to morale (people see someone leave, they wonder "what's going on here, is there something I should know??"), then perhaps it would be better to allow officers only to see members leave the guild.

We have one member who guild hops quite a bit, looking for Luxon guilds to donate faction to, etc, but he always comes back. I'm sure it confuses the other members who don't know the story.
