Theres a water essence collector in the First City near where the apocrypha appears..noob stuff though.

why give them to collectors? It's rare, but you can salvage them for rubies, sapphires and diamonds.

thanks, I tried to expert salvage those essense and all I got is dust.. 1 dust/essense.. kinda sucks.. get more on etheral armor drops from the djinn.. oh well...
