Can you inscript weapons that drop in HoH like the ones in Nightfall?

Quick question, can you inscript weapons that drop in core "Areas" like in Nightfall? I haven't been to HoH, UW and FoW since the updates, do weapons there drop with inscriptions? Since they are listed as core "Areas".

I doubt it since you can't with weapons or shields dropped in FoW and UW. I've farmed those areas the past couple days and none of the inscriptions have been salvagable.
